I started in this world two decades ago, working hard surrounded by the best cutters in search of learning as much as possible. After hundreds of events held and thousands of sliced hams, I obtained the necessary skill and experience to be considered an expert in cutting ham, turning any event or celebration into a magical experience.

After years of specialization, I discovered that another of my passions was to transmit all my experience and love for the product to other people. Currently, I have hundreds of satisfied students who have received my training and courses and have immersed themselves in the culture of ham.
