Consumption 

To fully enjoy its flavor and aroma, remove the loin from its packaging 24 hours before consumption and serve it at room temperature, between 18 and 20 degrees. Store in a cool, dry place, and once opened, consume within a maximum of 7 days. Remove the skin before consuming.
